The Truth vs. GOP Hysteria About the Green New Deal

Texas Governor/Political Hack/Electric Grid Mastermind Greg Abbott put up a post on Twitter about President Joe Biden recently that included this:

STOP pushing the radical Green New Deal.

The Green New Deal. The big club that Republicans have been swinging ever since Democrats in the House approved a resolution outlining its goals, projects and programs to achieve these goals, and how these projects and programs should be implemented and administered.

Yes, that’s what’s in the Green New Deal. Goals. Ideas. General plans. Not a lot of specific details. Nothing about taking away our hamburgers and other hysterical things the GOP has claimed in its desperate search for another talking point that doesn’t exist.
